Despu\u00e9s de investigar, decidi\u00f3 construir su destiler\u00eda en Shimamoto, Prefectura de Osaka. Los edificios, enclavados en medio de las monta\u00f1as, son gigantescos. Hay un peque\u00f1o museo gratuito que nos cuenta la historia de la destiler\u00eda y exhibe piezas hist\u00f3ricas, incluido uno de los barriles de whisky firmados por <strong>el presidente de Estados Unidos Gerald R. Igualmente, vale la pena hacerlo, ya que as\u00ed podr\u00e1s estar m\u00e1s cerca del proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del whisky y, tal vez, \u00a1disfrutar de algunas muestras!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visitando la destiler\u00eda de whisky japonesa m\u00e1s antigua<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de desinfectar nuestras manos entramos en la primera sala de la destiler\u00eda. Esta es una excelente manera de disfrutar las explicaciones durante la visita sin necesidad de hablar japon\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la primera sala de fermentaci\u00f3n nos dirigimos al lugar donde se lleva a cabo la destilaci\u00f3n real, lleno de alambiques gigantescos. Un barril con varias d\u00e9cadas de antig\u00fcedad est\u00e1 menos lleno que uno m\u00e1s joven, lo que tambi\u00e9n explica la rareza de las botellas m\u00e1s antiguas. Pero es en estos barriles que los whiskies adquirir\u00e1n nuevas caracter\u00edsticas. Dependiendo del tipo de madera utilizada o de la edad del t\u00e9, los whiskies se infundir\u00e1n con diferentes sabores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Degustaci\u00f3n del whisky japon\u00e9s Yamazaki<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de seguir el proceso de producci\u00f3n de whisky detr\u00e1s de las paredes de la destiler\u00eda Yamazaki, \u00a1es hora de <strong>descubrir los sabores<\/strong>! Comenzamos con un whisky joven reci\u00e9n salido de los alambiques, muy puro y casi transparente. De una manera muy l\u00fadica, nos ense\u00f1aron a observar el color del whisky y a disfrutar de su aroma antes de descubrir su sabor. Fue muy divertido practicar la identificaci\u00f3n de sabores frutales m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del poder del alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, nos mostraron c\u00f3mo hacer un <strong>whisky con soda<\/strong>, probablemente la bebida de whisky m\u00e1s popular en Jap\u00f3n.
