C\u2019est un plat d\u2019hiver, attention on s\u2019en met facilement partout en le d\u00e9gustant\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nabeyaki Udon<\/strong> (chaud)\u00a0: les nouilles\u00a0sont cuites dans une casserole avec un bouillon et des l\u00e9gumes de saison avant d\u2019\u00eatre servies \u00e0 m\u00eame la casserole ; on y ajoute souvent des tempura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Okonomiyaki Udon (chaud) :<\/strong> un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Okonomiyaki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">okonomiyaki<\/a> pos\u00e9 sur un lit de udon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zaru Udon<\/strong> (froid)\u00a0: comme pour les zaru soba, on trempe les nouilles dans une sauce avant de les d\u00e9guster. Rafra\u00eechissant, ce plat est plut\u00f4t\u00a0consomm\u00e9 en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tanuki Udon<\/strong> (chaud ou froid)\u00a0: les nouilles sont servies dans un bouillon recouvert de <em>tenkasu<\/em>, \u00e9clats de p\u00e2te de tempura frite. Les nouilles ont d\u2019ailleurs leurs restaurants d\u00e9di\u00e9s appel\u00e9s <em>udon-ya<\/em>. Alors qu\u2019un plat de udon co\u00fbte en moyenne entre 500 et 1000\u00a5, dans ces cha\u00eenes, vous pouvez en trouver \u00e0 moins de 500\u00a5 ! J&#8217;ai choisi\u00a0une version S pour pouvoir prendre des tempura \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 (je suis une grande fan de tempura). Au total, j&#8217;en ai eu pour 630\u00a5 : 300\u00a5 le plat, 200\u00a5 les 2 tempura et 100\u00a5 la boisson + les taxes. C&#8217;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-post-18718 wp-image-18741 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/voyapon.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/07174010\/20160717_084105-500x281.jpg\" alt=\"Plat de udon Buukak\u00e9 chez Hanamaru.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/voyapon.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/07174010\/20160717_084105-500x281.jpg 500w, https:\/\/voyapon.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/07174010\/20160717_084105-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/voyapon.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/07174010\/20160717_084105.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Avec pr\u00e8s de 350 restaurants au Japon, vous \u00eates quasiment s\u00fbr de retrouver l&#8217;enseigne Hanamaru o\u00f9 que vous soyez et de pouvoir la tester vous-m\u00eame !<\/p>\n<p>Les udon sont rapides \u00e0 servir car ils cuisent tr\u00e8s vite, c&#8217;est donc une offre de fast-food go\u00fbteuse et tout de m\u00eame plus nourrissante que notre sandwich-caoutchouc-sur-aire-d\u2019autoroute.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment d\u00e9guster des udon\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On en fait tout un plat, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, \u00e7a d\u00e9pend surtout de la mani\u00e8re dont les nouilles vous sont servies !<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Si elles sont accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une sauce<\/strong> <strong>dans laquelle les tremper,<\/strong> proc\u00e9dez par petites quantit\u00e9s de nouilles que vous prendrez entre vos baguettes et plongerez dans la sauce avant de les d\u00e9guster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Si elles sont servies dans une soupe,<\/strong> attrapez au contraire de grosses quantit\u00e9s de nouilles \u00e0 l\u2019aide de vos baguettes et d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re, puis plongez les imm\u00e9diatement dans votre bouche en faisant de grands <strong>\u00ab\u00a0sluuurp\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Il para\u00eet que plus on fait de bruit en mangeant ses udon, meilleures elles sont\u00a0! En plus, \u00e7a aide \u00e0 les refroidir un peu avant qu\u2019elles n\u2019atteignent votre bouche. Si il reste du bouillon apr\u00e8s avoir fini les nouilles, vous pouvez le boire directement au bol\u00a0!
