Ils passent la belle saison dans de vastes prairies, respirent de l&#8217;air pur et mangent de l&#8217;herbe fra\u00eeche, puis rentrent dans leur ferme pour l\u2019hiver. Des conditions de vie id\u00e9ale, sans aucun stress pour les animaux, qui donnent ensuite une<strong> viande de la plus haute qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, connue pour son persillage et sa tendresse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sachez que le b\u0153uf de Takachiho obtient la note de <strong>4+ au s\u00e9v\u00e8re syst\u00e8me de notation japonais du b\u0153uf <em>wagyu<\/em><\/strong>. La graisse de haute qualit\u00e9 du b\u0153uf<strong> fond sous la dent<\/strong> et lui conf\u00e8re une<strong> saveur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement noisett\u00e9e<\/strong>.
