<\/a><\/p>\n Shizuoka Prefecture is probably the most famous and most visited prefecture in Japan when it comes to hot springs spas, but quite a few visitors hesitate to visit them because they are misled into thinking that they uniformly expensive.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The roda sign indicating \u201cTashiro no Sato Spa\/\u7530\u4ee3\u306e\u90f7\u6e29\u6cc9\u201d, the original name of the spa where \u201cItawari No Yuu\/\u4f0a\u592a\u548c\u91cc\u306e\u6e6f\u201d is located. Actually it very possible to visit hot springs spas in the day-time without having to stop for the night and at a very reasonable price.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n One of them is located in the middle of the countryside\u00a0in the northern part of Shimada City in Central Shizuoka Prefecture.\u00a0The name of the Spa is \u201c\u7530\u4ee3\u306e\u90f7\u6e29\u6cc9\/Tashiro no Sato Onsen\u201d but the actual bathouse is called \u201cItawari No Yuu\/\u4f0a\u592a\u548c\u91cc\u306e\u6e6f\u201d.<\/p>\n One can reach it by car or by Shimada City-sponsored community bus (only 200 yen), which can be caught at the terminal of the Itawari No Yu Bus Line.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n It was built only 6 years ago alongside a popular retirement home inside a small park, the whole place\u00a0is powered by solar panels.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The place is fully equipped for all visitors including physically impaired bathers.<\/p>\n But keep in mind that visitors bearing tattoos, be they real or stickers, are not welcome, and neither are pets.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Now, do remember not to make the same mistake I made; as this Onsen is sponsored by the City the service is minimal. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL!\u00a0<\/strong>If you do you can buy a small one for 300 yen inside.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Simple admission to the bath fees are on the sign above.\u00a0The first line is for single tickets for adults, primary school students and senior citizens.
