About a 50-minute drive from the city and into the quiet hills of Nakatsu will bring you to some of the healthiest (and tastiest) vegan curries<\/strong> around. It might feel like a bit of a trek, but it takes a special kind of business to choose a location so far-flung and still manage to keep its doors open.
