Even as the world slowly recovers from this global pandemic, the future of travel is changing before our eyes. Some global airlines are requiring passengers to wear masks onboard. The borders between nations can be opened and closed at will depending on the health situation. And everyone in the travel industry, from international chains to family-run inns is suffering financially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we have seen surprisingly positive effects from the world being forced to take a break from normal life. The skies over large cities are clear, the air crisp and breathable. Wildlife has returned to areas once dominated by people.
