The exquisite bread is homemade, also with local ingredients, and free of sugar. The experience provided has to be prepared in advance, and <strong>a reservation at least the day before is essential<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-ojiragawa-canyon-the-meandering-of-the-white-tail\">Ojiragawa Canyon, the Meandering of the Whitetail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the pastimes of courtiers in ancient Japan was making the top 100 rankings of the most excellent things that could be found in the country. Turns out that one of these rankings was of <strong>Famous Water Spots<\/strong> and that the prefecture of Yamanashi punches above its weight <strong>hosting three of them.<\/strong> Perhaps the most spectacular of those is the Ojiragawa Canyon (\u5c3e\u767d\u5ddd\u6e13\u8c37). The bottom of a valley in the mountains of Hokuto offers many options for hiking and sightseeing, from the casual to the extreme. This wilderness is fantastic for a picnic in the middle of nature, especially in the mild weather in spring or surrounded by breathtaking warm-colored foliage in fall. A key feature in summer is that bathing in the numerous river gorges and pools is allowed, so don\u2019t miss the chance to dive in the waters of Yamanashi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-shichiken-history-and-tradition-imbued-in-sake\">Shichiken: History and Tradition Imbued in Sake<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Just a few minutes drive away from Ojiragawa Canyon is <a href=\"https:\/\/sake-shichiken.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Shichiken Sake Brewery<\/strong><\/a>, an establishment with a <strong>tradition that dates as far back as 1750<\/strong>. In addition, you can see the \u201cSeven Sages of the Bamboo Grove\u201d (Chikurin no Shichiken\u201d in Japanese)&nbsp;<em>Ranma,&nbsp;<\/em>an elaborately carved wooden panel above sliding doors, gifted by the Takato Domain daimyo to celebrate the completion of the new main building of the brewery in 1835.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-vineyard-bliss-at-tomi-no-oka-winery\">Vineyard Bliss at Tomi no Oka Winery&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Japanese sake, Japanese wine produced in Yamanashi is starting to make waves on the international stage.
