Sake is an alcoholic drink made from fermented rice. Often referred to as nihonshu in Japanese, the drink enjoys widespread popularity and is served at all types of Restaurants, Izakaya and Bars. Kobe’s Nada District is one of Japan’s most famous Sake producing districts, as well as one of the best places to visit a Sake Brewery.
